Your math association, Hestia 2022-24, is launching the "Theo Queen" program, an exciting initiative aimed at "hunting the queen" within your college. This unique program is likely designed to engage students in a fun and competitive way. Theo Queen 2024 was a 2 day program including 3 main phases of elimination procedures.   

 Today marked the preliminary round of the 'Theo Queen' competition, an exciting event organized by our association HESTIA in collaboration with IQAC. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as participants gathered, each eager to showcase their talents and move on to the next stage of the competition. The competition, aimed at celebrating the fusion of mathematics and creativity, brought out the best in everyone. Contestants were challenged not only on their mathematical knowledge but also on their ability to think creatively and present their ideas with confidence. The preliminary round was a test of both intellect and presentation skills, setting the stage for what promises to be an exciting and competitive event. As the participants delivered their performances, it was clear that the competition was fierce, with each contestant bringing their unique perspective to the table. On 17 june 2023, MTTC in collaboration with Department of Alagappa University have organized an online orientation class on the topic" Unleashing the Magic of Animation with AI: Script to Screen. The resource person was M K Thangavel , Assistant Professor of Education, Thyagaraja College of preceptors(Govt, Aided) Madurai, Tamil Nadu.The class starts at 7:30pm and ends at 8:30pm.  The class gives us the idea about the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various fields including education. He introduce 3 main AI app to use Artificial intelligence. They are,                    * KreadoAI                    *Genmo AI                   *Pictory AI The class is not in a lecturing manner.It was an  interactive session and a practical class. He told the ways to use these AI tools. The class was very effective. 

 Today is the last day of 'EZEL' fest conducted by English association' EMRYS'. The unbelievable fest ends up today with an outstanding drama.  They had performed a play named 'Julius Caeser. The programme was organized at 1:30pm at the auditorium. Everyone has played their best and the programme was successful. After the end of the play, they announced the winner of the EZEL fest. The Physical science department has won the prize. They got the overall trophy. Also they distribute medals for the dress n role competition.

Our mathematics association "Hestia" along with IQAC was conducted a mathematics exhibition named as "Techma" as part of mathematics 2.0day celebrations. The program was inaugurated by our principal.  The college take the program with a great pleasure and the entire college contributed a lot to the grand success o f it. The students, teachers were participated in the games with curiosityand interest. They were give a great support to the entire program.

The Eco club in our college has conducted an awarenesses session on July 11 as part of world population day. The awareness programme on the topic adverse effects of population explosion on the environment.  

The young innovators programme was conducted by Popular centre in association wilth IQAC on 1st july 2023.The resource person was Sri. Biju Parameshwaran, YIP Program manager,Kerala district.  The class was conductor through online . The resource person explained various factors that support innovative ideas. Also he introduce some innovative ideas useful for our daily life and for economic growth.
